These guidelines explain how Pump.fun treats coins and content that use names, logos, or other marks belonging to someone else.

Do not impersonate

Do not create a coin that uses another person’s or company’s name, logo, or brand in a way that would confuse people into thinking the coin is official, affiliated, or endorsed.

A lookalike ticker is not automatically taken down. A removal from the Pump UI does not unwind trades already confirmed on Solana.
